Making lemonade in Portugal

We left Nantes ready for new adventures on our way to Portugal. But we didn’t expect our beloved motorcycle to fail us like this; not only we had to change the bearing that broke on Saturday in the afternoon, but also because of that we were stuck in Porto, waiting for Monday and for Gaia to get fixed. Well, you know what they say: if life gives you lemons… Was it a good or a bad thing? Just read and see for yourself!

Dogs, Eiffel Tower and a steam-punk elephant!

We’re sick of Middle European summer – rainy, cold and stormy it turned out to be one of the worst working months for years. We decided to travel in the direction of Portugal to enjoy proper sunshine and, as usual, we do it in chunks. This week we were in Cologne, Paris and tomorrow we leave Nantes.

Love and marriage go together like a horse and carriage…

Last event that kept us close to Poland took place – Niki’s sister wedding. Both of them were very excited and so – the atmosphere was pretty tense. Fortunately everything went smoooooothly and after running  some errands we left to travel again. This time – to Portugal, but first things first.
